Murder During Altercation Outside Building: 19-Year-Old Arrested

On December 18, at 17:57, a report was received by the community police department of Nairi that an ambulance crew had been dispatched to the yard of a building on Tumanyan Street in Nor Hajn, where a young man had been found dead. An operational group was sent to the specified address, as reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

As a result of the measures taken, it was discovered that during a confrontation outside the building, a 19-year-old resident of Nor Hajn stabbed 25-year-old Talyan Musoyan, leading to his death. Thanks to the explanatory work of the detectives from the Criminal Police Department of the Kotayk region and community police department of Nairi, the 19-year-old resident of Nor Hajn turned himself into the police and confessed to the crime. He was arrested, and the documents were submitted to the prosecuting body along with the confiscated knife. A criminal case has been initiated regarding the murder.
