I Have Started to Joke Less and Have Almost Stopped Laughing: Putin

These past three years have been a serious test for both the country and for him. This was the response given by Russian President Vladimir Putin when asked what has changed in him since the war began.

The president also added that he has started to joke less and has almost stopped laughing.

When asked if he would start the war again if he could return to 2022, Putin replied, “I think this decision should have been made earlier. The events of 2022 began without significant preparation; we could no longer wait.”
