Air Temperature Will Rise Slightly More

The air temperature in Armenia will rise slightly more. This information is reported by the Hydro Meteorological and Monitoring Center.

"The air temperature will gradually increase by 2-4 degrees on December 18-19," the statement said.

Today in Yerevan, daytime temperatures will fluctuate between +3 and +5 degrees, while at night, temperatures will range from +2 to +8 degrees.

According to the center, light snow is expected in some regions during the day on December 18 and at night on December 19, with blizzard conditions anticipated in some mountainous areas.

On December 18, strong winds are predicted in Lori, Tavush, Aragatston, Gegharkunik, and Syunik, with gusts up to 25-30m/s, while in Shirak, Kotayk, and Vayots Dzor, gusts are expected to reach 15-20m/s. In the Ararat Valley and Yerevan, no strong winds are forecasted.
