Explosion in Moscow: Casualties Reported

On December 17, an explosion occurred in the southeast of Moscow, resulting in the deaths of Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov and his assistant. RT reports this, citing sources from law enforcement agencies.

According to preliminary data, a homemade explosive device was placed on an electric scooter parked near the entrance. "An unidentified type of explosive device detonated on Ryazansky Avenue, damaging the windows of the building from the first to the third floor and the entrance door; two people have died," the agency reported.
