VIDEO: Nairi Sargsyan Finds Solution to the Poor Condition of a Manhole with 'Call a Friend'

Former Prime Minister's Assistant Nairi Sargsyan has posted a video on his Facebook page discussing the poor condition of a manhole located on Paronyan Street in Yerevan.

"I am sending a picture of the manhole's poor condition to the city hall; they say it's not within our jurisdiction, you need to contact 'Veolia Water.' I contact 'Veolia Water,' and they say they are responsible for some of the city's manholes. I had to send it to my friend, the Mayor of Yerevan, and a week later, the issue is resolved," he noted.

However, he emphasizes that another bigger problem has emerged. "I need to photograph all the manholes in the city, send them, and have them changed," he added.
