Number of Armenian Trucks Waiting at Upper Lars Border Crossing

Approximately 700 Armenian trucks are currently waiting near the Upper Lars border checkpoint on the Russo-Georgian border. This information was reported by the North Ossetian Center for Organizing Traffic, as conveyed by Sputnik Armenia.

The Gudauri-Kobi section of the Mtskheta-Stepantsminda-Lars international highway is open to all types of vehicles; however, traffic jams persist due to adverse weather conditions. According to the latest data, there are 1,891 vehicles in line to cross the checkpoint, of which 690 are Armenian.
