Cold Waves Approaching Turkey, Georgia, and Armenia

Weather forecasters have presented the upcoming weather predictions for the territory of the Republic of Armenia. On December 13-14 and 17, precipitation is expected in several regions, and in mountainous areas, it will fall as snow. There will be dry weather on December 15-16. This information is provided by the Hydro-Meteorological and Monitoring Center of the RA Ministry of Emergency Situations.

The wind will be from the west at a speed of 2-5 m/s, with wind intensification expected in certain regions on December 12-13 at 17-20 m/s, and on December 14 at 18-23 m/s. On the morning of December 13, fog is expected in the low-lying areas of the Ararat Valley.

The temperature will gradually decrease 5-7 degrees during the night from December 13 to 15, and 2-4 degrees during the day on the 14th. Levon Azizyan also posted on his Facebook page today, noting that cold waves are approaching Turkey, Georgia, and Armenia on December 14.
