Fire Breaks Out in Hotel on Arshakunyats Street
On December 15, at 11:09 AM, the National Crisis Management Center received a report about a fire that broke out in one of the rooms on the third floor of a hotel located at 67 Arshakunyats Avenue, Yerevan.
Six fire-fighting teams, one ladder truck from the Ministry of Emergency Situations' Fire Rescue Department, as well as operational groups from the National Crisis Management Center, the Fire Extinguishing and Rescue Operations Organization Department, the Medical Support Department, and a psychologist from the Psychological Support Unit were dispatched to the scene.
The fire was contained by 11:56 AM and extinguished by 12:24 PM. According to preliminary data from the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the fire originated in one of the rooms on the third floor, covering an area of approximately 50 square meters.
