“This attack will not go unanswered”: Russian Defense Ministry

Ukrainian forces launched an attack on the military airfield in Taganrog, Rostov region, using 6 ATACMS ballistic missiles. This was stated in a statement from the Russian Ministry of Defense.

“On the morning of December 11, the Kyiv regime carried out a missile strike on the military airfield located in the Rostov region, identified as Taganrog. During the investigation, it was confirmed that American-made ATACMS ballistic missiles were used,” the ministry reported.

The department noted that 2 buildings in the technical area of the airfield and 3 military vehicles were damaged. It is specified that there are casualties among the personnel when the missile fragments fell.

The ministry emphasized that the enemy's attack will not go unanswered, and necessary measures will be taken.
