Russia Outlines Conditions for Ukraine Negotiations

Negotiations aimed at resolving the conflict in Ukraine could take place in 2025, but only on Russia's terms. This was stated by the governor of the Kherson region, Vladimir Saldo, in an interview with РИА Новости.

“Negotiations can happen, but they must align with the interests of the Russian Federation,” he emphasized. According to Saldo, any potential talks must occur under the condition of preserving Russia's liberated territories.
