What Was Transferred to Armenian POWs Held in Baku

International Committee of the Red Cross officials visited 23 Armenians held in Baku in December, including representatives of the Artsakh military-political leadership. Zara Amatuni, head of communications programs for the ICRC delegation in Armenia, reported this to Sputnik Armenia.

Amatuni stated that personal items were transferred to them and they were given the opportunity to connect with their families. "Such opportunities are not available during every visit, but occasionally they are allowed to receive packages with personal items," Amatuni added.
