VIDEO: High Cholesterol Is Like a Lethal Dose; If It Doesn't Happen, the Patient Survives, Says Arthur Khachatryan
During a parliamentary briefing, Arthur Khachatryan, a member of the 'Armenia' faction, stated that what they discussed regarding the budget at the beginning of November was only understood by the authorities by the end of November. This means that the figures they wrote down were irrational.
"They have reduced the economic growth forecasts by 10 percent, which are still not realistic. They have pushed the debt level to astronomical figures, claiming it is manageable. In the case of high cholesterol, if a lethal dose does not occur, the patient survives, but the likelihood of death is very high. Now they say, 'No, we are still okay.' They are allocating more money to debt servicing than to the Ministries of Health, Justice, Foreign Affairs, and regional administrations," the MP noted.
"In three days, we are spending more money than the budget of Gyumri. As a result, we only have a 5 percent economic growth, even though they promised at least 7 percent," the parliamentarian stated.
