Ararat Mirzoyan Holds Talk with Turkish Foreign Minister

Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan has held a conversation with Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan. The brief meeting took place before the official opening ceremony of the OSCE Ministerial Council underway in Malta.
In Malta, Mirzoyan also engaged with counterparts from other countries, including Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, Ukraine, the Netherlands, and Andorra.
