U.S. Breaks Strategic Partnership with Georgia

The United States is halting its strategic partnership with Georgia. This was announced by Matthew Miller, head of the U.S. State Department’s press service, on his X account.

“We condemn the disproportionate use of force against Georgians who are justly protesting against the betrayal of their constitution,” Miller wrote.

It is worth mentioning that earlier, Salome Zurabishvili stated that she would not resign despite the end of her mandate, as the parliament is “illegitimate.”
