Shoigu Calls on the West

The renewed nuclear doctrine of Russia is clear and transparent. This was stated by the Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, Sergey Shoigu.

“In general, the doctrine itself is simple, understandable, and transparent. I believe we have laid everything out clearly and understandably, therefore, partners, especially western partners, I ask you to read it calmly, attentively, and not to invent unnecessary things,” he said.
