Turkey Once Again Approaches the US for F-35 Fighter Jets

Turkey's Minister of Defense, Yaşar Güler, has announced that the Turkish side has sent another request to the United States to receive the F-35 fighter jets that were not delivered to them, as Washington's stance on the issue has changed.

According to RT, Güler stated, "We have 6 F-35 aircraft there (in the US). Now, as they saw that we are creating (the Turkish fifth-generation fighter) Kaan, their attitude has changed. They say they can transfer the aircraft. A new offer has been sent to them for purchasing F-35s."
