VIDEO: Why the Government's Tri-Color Flag Was Lowered

The flag installed on the building of the government has been lowered again for replacement. Today, a video has circulated online showing the flag at the Republic of Armenia government's building in a lowered position.

The press office of the Prime Minister's staff informed Auroranews that the flag is periodically lowered for replacement as it gets damaged by the wind.
