Israel Resumes Rocket Strikes on Beirut Suburbs
Israel's Air Force jets have resumed rocket attacks on the southern suburbs of the Lebanese capital, Beirut. This was reported by TASS.
According to the Russian agency, an eyewitness from the Hadass suburb relayed this information. The source indicated that Israeli aircraft conducted at least two airstrikes in the Ghobairi neighborhood, which is located adjacent to the highway leading to Beirut's international airport.
“Very powerful explosions were heard one after the other in the Shiya neighborhood, located in the southeast part of Beirut, from where a column of black smoke rose into the sky,” the agency's interlocutor stated.
The eyewitness further noted that Israeli fighter jets and drones are not leaving the skies over Beirut. “They strike almost every two hours,” he emphasized.
