North Korea's Trash Balloons 'Crossing All Boundaries': South Korea

North Korea is "crossing the line" by sending trash balloons to South Korea, announced Nam Gi-sun, deputy spokesperson for the Republic of Korea’s Joint Chiefs of Staff.

“North Korea’s behavior is crossing all boundaries, and we once again warn that North Korea bears full responsibility for everything that happens as a result,” said the South Korean official. “We should no longer test the patience of our military,” Nam Gi-sun added.

On Monday, more trash balloons were launched from North Korean territory towards the Republic of Korea. According to Yonhap news agency, approximately 40 balloons were discovered near Seoul. This marks the 31st such incident since the end of May, during which over 7,000 balloons have been launched. The last appearance of trash balloons in the sky was on October 24.
