“Yield the road; a minute could be worth a life.” The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Armenia has issued a statement indicating that drivers are required to yield to ambulances approaching with their blue flashing lights and sirens activated, ensuring the uninterrupted passage of the emergency vehicle.

“Failing to yield results in a fine of twenty times the minimum wage, amounting to 20,000 drams. However, if a driver yields but commits a traffic violation with no other options available, this will not incur a fine.”
