Brother Shoots Brother in Ajapnyak: Details from the Investigative Committee
The Investigative Committee of Armenia reports that a man shot dead on Nazarybekyan Street in Yerevan was shot by his brother. According to the Committee’s information, the deceased is not 42 years old but 35. He sustained bodily injuries during a dispute that involved a group of individuals near a car wash located on Nazarybekyan Street, during which gunshots were fired.
"There is evidence under review that others may have also sustained bodily injuries during the incident," reads the statement.
It is recalled that today a 'razborka' related to financial issues and a murder occurred in the 17th district of Yerevan. The deceased is Arthur Manukyan, a resident of Yerevan, who died after being transported to the hospital with a gunshot wound.
"As a result of the measures taken, the identity of the person who fired the shots has been established. He is the victim's brother, aged 34," the Committee reports.
