I Can't Imagine How Trump Will Do It: Lavrov

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated that he cannot imagine how the newly elected U.S. President Donald Trump will resolve the issue of Ukraine.

"I can't envision this, but we will wait for proposals," the minister told reporters.

"We regularly emphasize that attention should be paid to the politician who claims they are not in favor of war but rather for peace," the Russian minister added.

"We do not know what exactly will be proposed, but our position was clearly articulated by President Putin during his speech at the Foreign Ministry on June 14 of this year," he concluded.
