Earthquake in Central Turkey

An earthquake measuring 5.1 on the Richter scale has been registered in central Turkey. This information was reported by the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre.
The epicenter of the disaster was located 50 km northwest of the city of Adıyaman, which has a population of 223,000. The focus occurred at a depth of 8 km.
There are no reports of casualties or destruction at this time.
