Another Hezbollah Commander Killed in Israeli Strike
In the southeastern suburbs of the Syrian capital Damascus, Ali Musa Daqdouq, an Iran-aligned commander of Hezbollah, was killed during an Israeli airstrike. This was reported by the Lebanese news portal Naharnet.
Daqdouq was responsible for conducting military operations against Israel in Syria. He coordinated these operations with armed Shia groups belonging to the 'Islamic Resistance' movement in Iraq. Under his command, artillery fire was directed at the occupied Golan Heights.
Earlier, a source from the Arab Defense Ministry informed the SANA agency that at 5:00 PM local time (7:00 PM Moscow time), Israel launched an attack on the southeastern outskirts of Damascus, with missiles fired from the occupied Golan Heights. According to these reports, 7 civilians were killed, including women and children, while 20 others were wounded. Later, Sham FM radio, citing medical sources in Damascus, reported that the death toll had risen to 9.
