We Understand How Difficult It Is for Baku and Yerevan: Lavrov

Moscow is not urging Yerevan and Baku to hastily conclude an agreement, stated Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.

“Considering the long-standing enmity between the two sides, the military operations, and the casualties, we understand how difficult it is for Baku and Yerevan to make progress,” he said. According to him, all of this requires substantial efforts from both sides to find mutually acceptable solutions.

“Therefore, unlike the Western false mediators, we are not pushing our partners to hastily sign a peace agreement,” Lavrov emphasized.
