Teen Stabs 46-Year-Old Man

The Police of the Republic of Armenia reports that on November 4 at 7:35 AM, the "Heratsi" Medical Center notified the operational management center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA), stating that a 46-year-old man had been transported for medical assistance with stab wounds.

As a result of operational and investigative measures taken by the criminal investigators of the Central Police Department, it was revealed that around 5:45 AM, during a dispute on Abovyan Street, an unknown person attacked the 46-year-old man with a cutting and stabbing object.

A criminal case has been initiated in the investigative division of the Central and Norq-Marashe administrative districts. Through joint operational and investigative measures taken by the Central Police and the MIA’s Criminal Investigation Department, it was established that the 46-year-old man had argued with three young individuals aged 16, 18, and 24 regarding personal issues, during which the 16-year-old teen stabbed him.

Subsequent measures led to the identification, arrest, and transfer of the 16-year-old teen and the 18-year-old young man to the Central Police Department. The investigation is ongoing, and circumstances are being clarified.
