We Have Internal Team Issues: Andranik Kocharyan

“Of course, we have internal team issues, and we are addressing them in an internal discussion environment,” said Andranik Kocharyan, Chairman of the National Assembly's Defense and Security Committee, in an interview with News.am, in response to reports of criticism directed at him during the recent closed session of the ruling Civil Contract party.

Kocharyan also stated that he has always been a target: “Whether in power or in opposition, I have always been targeted because I have always been at the center of attention.” Regarding internal team relations, he noted: “Over time, issues do accumulate, including interpersonal ones; however, these are not decisive for me. What matters is the importance of the country and the ruling force—‘Civil Contract.’ How we treat each other internally are solvable issues. There is no need to look for a black cat in a dark room.”
