PHOTOS: Major Accident Leaves One Dead and Several Injured

On November 4, at 09:35, the crisis management center of the Aragatsotn regional rescue department received a call reporting a traffic accident in the village of Ushi, which involved a trapped individual.

A firefighting and rescue team from the Ministry of Emergency Situations was dispatched to the scene.

It was found that a collision occurred on the 10th kilometer of the Ashtarak-Aparan highway between a "Range Rover" (driver: Sh. S., born in 1995) and a "VAZ" vehicle, resulting in the death of the VAZ driver at the scene.

Before the rescuers arrived, local forces managed to extract the body of the VAZ driver from the vehicle, while passengers K. S. (born in 1982), E. T. (born in 1991), and A. A. (born in 1961), who was a passenger in the Range Rover, were hospitalized at medical centers.

The rescuers disconnected the battery of the VAZ vehicle and shut off the gas cylinder valves of the cars. They also moved the body closer to the vehicle designated for transport and carried out cleaning operations on the road.
