VIDEO: Hayk Marutyan Begins Signature Campaign

The former mayor of Yerevan, Hayk Marutyan, has announced a signature campaign. In his post, he stated:

“ATTENTION dear Yerevan residents, we are starting a signature campaign against the proposed transport price hikes set for January 1st. The ruling Civil Contract party not only fails to properly organize the transition to an electronic payment system, creating chaos and inconvenience for our citizens, but it also intends to significantly raise transport prices starting January 1st. Our teams will circulate around the city and gather signatures against this decision. As a result, it will reach the council’s decision.”
