NBC Releases New Poll Results: Who's in the Lead

NBC News' latest poll indicates that Americans support Vice President Kamala Harris, representing the Democrats, and former leader Donald Trump, representing the Republicans, in the race for the US presidency.

Harris's support is attributed to several factors. Firstly, she holds a significant (20%) advantage on the issue of abortion rights, with the Vice President notably ahead of Trump in this regard. Additionally, Democratic enthusiasm has reportedly increased in recent months, according to the network.

Furthermore, many voters perceive Harris as a defender of the middle class, which also contributes to her support.

At the same time, the network highlights that Trump’s support is gaining traction due to widespread dissatisfaction among voters with the current state of the country. Two-thirds of respondents believe that the United States is on the wrong track, giving the Republican candidate an edge in comparisons to the current administration of President Joe Biden.

Voters also note Trump’s significant advantage on economic issues, which are paramount for many Americans.
