Following this win, Ararat-Armenia increased their points total to 27, drawing closer to the third position held by Pyunik. Meanwhile, BKMA remains in seventh place with 13 points.

It is important to note that during this match, another protest action took place. Fans stormed the stadium during the game, demanding the resignation of the president of the Football Federation of Armenia (FFA).
