Ramzan Kadyrov Withdraws Order Not to Capture Ukrainian Soldiers
Lilit A.
The President of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, has withdrawn the order not to capture Ukrainian soldiers. Kadyrov explained his decision by stating that the republic's administration received "more than two thousand letters from residents of Ukraine, asking to cancel the previously issued order."
It is noteworthy that on October 29, Kadyrov announced he had instructed "all commanders on the frontline not to take Ukrainian soldiers prisoner after a drone attack in Gudermes." The attack targeted the "Special Forces University," where they prepare for deployment to the frontline.
