The Main Obstacle is the RA Constitution: Bayramov

Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov held a telephone conversation with British Secretary of State Stephen Doughty, discussing the Armenia-Azerbaijan settlement among other matters.

Bayramov stated that Azerbaijan and Armenia have made significant progress in peace negotiations. However, he emphasized, “The territorial claims against Azerbaijan contained in the Constitution of Armenia are the main obstacle to the process,” said the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister.
