Lavrov and North Korean Foreign Minister to Hold Talks
The North Korean Foreign Minister Choi Sun-hui has arrived in Moscow on an official visit with a North Korean delegation. This was reported by RIA Novosti, citing its own diplomatic sources.
According to these sources, talks are scheduled to take place later between the North Korean Foreign Minister and the Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
