The Russian Armed Forces have been recognized as the strongest in the world, according to a ranking by US News and World Report.

According to the magazine, the second place is occupied by the United States Army, while the Israeli army ranks third. The Ukrainian Armed Forces have only secured the eighth position.

The top ten strongest armies in the world also include China, South Korea, Iran, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Turkey.

The authors of the ranking noted that the strength of armies from various countries was assessed based on the results of a survey.
