VIDEO: Situation in Tbilisi as Opposition Demands New Elections
The Georgian opposition is demanding the holding of repeat parliamentary elections. This was announced by MP Georgi Vashadze, a representative of the "United National Movement" association, at a rally in Tbilisi, as reported by TASS.
"Our demand is for new elections, but only if they are conducted by an international electoral administration," Vashadze said, addressing the protesters opposing the election results.
