Peskov Comments on the Heated Conversation Between Pashinyan and Aliyev

Peskov, the press secretary of the Russian President, stated that the conversation between Pashinyan and Aliyev during the "outreach"/"BRICS+" meeting did not hinder the overall discussions. In response to a question from TASS, he noted, "This is a usual practice; state leaders use multilateral formats for bilateral communication." Earlier, it was reported that a heated conversation took place between Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.
