Black Ice and Closed Roads: The Situation in Armenia

The roads in Armenia are mostly passable. This is reported by the Rescue Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Armenia.

The Kapan-Sisian road is closed for trucks. There is black ice on the Agvani-Tatev-Ltsen road in the Syunik region.

According to information received from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and the crisis management center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in North Ossetia, the Stepanstmina-Lars road is open for all types of vehicles.
