VIDEO: Cargo Plane Transporting Citizens of Russia and Kyrgyzstan Hit in Sudan

A cargo plane transporting citizens of Russia and Kyrgyzstan has been struck in Sudan, according to the Russian embassy. The rapid response forces shot down an Il-76 aircraft in North Darfur state.

The plane was reportedly delivering humanitarian aid to Sudan, although some claim that it was involved in transporting arms funded by Emirati money.
