VIDEO: Opposition Holds March Under Slogan 'Georgia Chooses the EU'

Participants of the pro-European march in Tbilisi have gathered from different parts of the city to join a protest in Freedom Square under the slogan 'Georgia Chooses the EU.' This demonstration takes place just six days before the parliamentary elections.

Georgian citizens, members of the 'Strong Georgia' coalition, and their supporters have assembled near the Marjanishvili metro station. One of the banners reads, 'In a week, Bidzina will be at home - in Moscow.'

Coalition leader Mamuka Khazaradze emphasized the importance of making sure that the protest voices are heard by citizens who have not yet decided whether to go to the parliamentary elections on October 26.

The area is being monitored by police units and Ministry of Internal Affairs employees.
