Julfalakyans Obtains Russian Citizenship by Presidential Decree

Levon Julfalakyan, the Olympic champion in Greco-Roman wrestling and former head coach of the Armenian national team, has obtained Russian citizenship. The decree was signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
