The Red Cross Issues Statement
The International Committee of the Red Cross has released a statement in Armenia: "All parties involved in the conflict—whether non-state armed groups or states—must protect civilians and civilian objects without reservation. Civilian individuals should not bear the heavy consequences of military operations."
