Zakharova Reveals Discussion Points for the BRICS Summit

During the BRICS summit scheduled for October 22-24 in Kazan, the situation in the Middle East, as well as issues related to global development and security, will be discussed. This information was provided by Maria Zakharova, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, in a press briefing.

"The leaders of the states will discuss current issues on the global and regional agenda, the results of joint work. Within the framework of BRICS strategic partnership—political, economic, cultural, and humanitarian—special attention is planned to be given to reforming the international financial system, enhancing the role of BRICS countries, and developing interbank cooperation," Zakharova noted.
