The military cooperation between Russia and North Korea is causing concern, stated NATO's newly elected Secretary General Mark Rutte. "We condemn the growing military cooperation between Russia and North Korea," Rutte said at a press conference in Brussels.

Responding to a reporter's question, the Secretary General of the alliance noted that NATO has no information about the participation of North Korean military personnel in military operations in Ukraine: "I cannot confirm those reports, but they are concerning," he said.
