Video: If You Didn't Give a Name, Then You're the Lowest Scoundrel - Aghazaryan to Kyaramyan

“If you didn't give a name, then you're the lowest scoundrel,” Aghazaryan addressed Kyaramyan.

A tense situation arose in the parliament between the head of the Investigative Committee, Argishti Kyaramyan, and the MP from the ruling Civil Contract party, Hovik Aghazaryan, after Kyaramyan announced that he was approached twice on behalf of Aghazaryan's son.

Aghazaryan was also outraged by Kyaramyan's behavior when, during his speech, the head of the Investigative Committee referred to one of the MPs as the “MP in black clothes.” “You have no right to do that, how can you allow such a thing, Mr. Kyaramyan,” Aghazaryan said, also urging not to use detention as a means of pressure. “That is very dangerous, because you won't be here, I will be, and I will use that means of pressure to resolve other issues.”

After Aghazaryan's speech, Argishti Kyaramyan took the floor to respond, asking, “How will you command to speak with Mr. Kocharyan? There is no one on this earth who can let an insult slip regarding what I have said. And if there was such a person, then I have shown a mild response.”
