The meeting of the Board of the 'Civil Contract' Party scheduled for today did not take place, reports 'Hraparak' citing a source from the party. According to the source, the reason for the cancellation was absences, although only the trip of Alen Simonyan is known.
It is noted that the ruling party was supposed to select from among the candidates put forward for the position of Minister of Justice. According to the newspaper, the candidates for the ministerial position include Prime Minister's spokesperson Nazeli Baghdasaryan, Deputy Mayor of Yerevan Suren Grigoryan, Civil Contract MP Armen Khachatryan, and lawyer Alexander Sirunyan.
