The CPP Has a New Candidate for Minister of Justice

“I am ready to move to the executive branch,” Armen Khachatryan confirms that he has been nominated for the position of Minister of Justice.

Armen Khachatryan, a member of the CPP faction, officially confirms in a conversation with ArmLur.am that his candidacy has been proposed for the Minister of Justice position. “Yes, my candidacy has been proposed; I was not in the country, but upon my return, I learned that I had been nominated,” he said.

When asked if he has accepted the offer and is ready to move to the executive branch, Khachatryan responded, “Yes, if the administration chooses, I am ready to move to the executive.”

Other names are also circulating for candidates for the Minister of Justice, including the Prime Minister's spokesperson Nazeli Baghdasaryan and Deputy Mayor Suren Grigoryan, the latter of whom stated he would not comment on the information.
