When Security Means the Army, It Indicates That Security Does Not Exist: Pashinyan

In our reality, when we talk about security, we first and foremost understand it as the army, second we understand it as the army, and third we understand it as the army. This was stated by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during the conference titled "The Crossroad of Peace: Uniting Security and Democracy."

“But in a situation where security means the army first, the army second, and the army third, it indicates that security does not exist and cannot exist. The army certainly plays a key role in ensuring security, but its role in ensuring security is not the first and second priority. I reiterate, if it is the first and second priority, it means that the security system does not exist and is fundamentally eroded,” he said.

Pashinyan emphasized that through this framework, the project is fundamentally about security and the provision of prosperity.
