Real Estate, Billions of Drams: What Will be Seized from Kocharyan's Son and His Wife

The prosecution demands that Sedrak Kocharyan and his wife forfeit 14 parcels of real estate and 2.7 billion drams to the state as a remainder of illegal income. This was reported by Lurer.

The prosecutor's office is also requesting the following:

• One residential property purchase right in Yerevan
• Participation in a legal entity for bonds acquired at approximately $1,361,852 and 985,190,729 drams
• Deposited funds of $703,059 and 200 million drams
• Loan claims amounting to 8,235,400,647 drams, $4,007,674, 588.954 Euros, and 16,000,000 Rubles
• 2,721,319,175 drams as a remainder of cash funds of illegal origin
• 11,270,472,767 drams as unaccounted funds transferred from individuals with non-legal income
• 1,286,635,500 drams as the cost of acquiring (constructing) a villa located in Ano Mera on the Greek island of Mykonos
• 416,084,506 drams for the participation acquisition value in the company “Playmaster Gaming Corporation”
• 1,958,657,659 drams for the participation acquisition value in the company “MMG Gold Limited”
