New Details on the Incident of Garden Damage by Vitaly Balasanyan

A new investigation has been opened by the Environmental and Mining Inspection Body based on a video published online that shows illegal tree felling in the Torq Angeh Garden area of the Nor Nork administrative district in Yerevan. It has been revealed that on September 28, this year, citizens A.B. and V.B. cut down and burned approximately ten dry bushes and green branches of a sour mulberry tree in the garden area.

According to decisions made by the head of the Yerevan territorial division of the inspection body, measures have been imposed on the aforementioned individuals for environmental violations.

It is worth noting that days ago, activist Arthur Chakhoyan announced in a Facebook live session that the hero of Artsakh and former secretary of the Artsakh Security Council, Vitaly Balasanyan, had committed illegal tree felling in Nor Nork.
